What is your processing and shipping time?

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, as each order is custom-made. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or unverified address, or if it is refused or unclaimed by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

We allow one final reshipment after the package is returned. If the customer chooses not to proceed, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be forfeited.

How can I avoid delivery issues?

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If your address includes a unit, apartment, or suite number, make sure it is included to avoid return-to-sender issues. For packages requiring a signature, make arrangements to be available or pick up from your local USPS office in a timely manner.

Chargeback Policy

All sales are final. Filing a chargeback after agreeing to our no-refund policy is considered fraud. We will dispute all chargebacks with proof of shipping and communication. Customers who file false disputes will be permanently banned and may face legal action.

How many bundles are recommended for a full head install?

3 bundles are recommended for a full head install for lengths 16"-20". We recommend 4 bundles for lengths 22″ and above.

Does this hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal when detangling or styling, but nothing excessive or worrisome. To further prevent shedding, we recommend not cutting your wefts during your install or sealing the wefts.
